We are seeking a refined and experienced Corporate Hospitality Manager to lead operations at one of our most prestigious client sites in Melbourne’s CBD—a globally renowned law firm known for excellence.

The Position: A Leader of premium hospitality, you will:

  • Liaise with senior executives and their clients, multiple stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver seamless, high-impact events and daily services
  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and innovation
  • Drive operational excellence, balancing financial performance with uncompromising quality
  • Champion continuous improvement and elevate service standards across all touchpoints

The Person: A Hospitality Professional with Prestige :

  • Proven leadership in fine dining, luxury hotels, or high-end corporate hospitality.
  • Qualifications in hospitality or business management (preferred).
  • A polished communicator with a client-first mindset and a passion for service excellence.
  • A proactive, professional leader with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Eligible to obtain a National Police Check
