Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group, is seeking an experienced Event & Bar Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality corporate events and hospitality experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, premium events environment.

THE ROLE
  • Predominantly Monday–Friday, mix of daytime & evening shifts
  • Supervise bar and event operations during conferences and functions
  • Read and execute event run sheets
  • Liaise directly with clients during events
  • Manage event set-up, pack-down, and contractor bump-in/out
  • Lead and manage the team on shift
  • Oversee bar operations and stock levels
  • Ensure service, safety, and presentation standards are met
THE PERSON
  • Minimum 2 years’ leadership or supervisory experience
  • Background in bartending, hotels, restaurants, and/or events (preferred)
  • Strong bar operations knowledge
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Coffee experience desired
  • RMLV desired but not essential
