Food & Beverage Attendant

  • Full time role - Monday to Friday standard shifts 09:30-17:30
  • High end Global Corporate Client located in Melbourne CBD!

Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. From grand gala events to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences.

THE POSITION

  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to the highest standards throughout daily operations
  • Set up, service, and pack down meeting rooms and event spaces, including VIP boardroom catering, breakfasts, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, cocktail functions, and formal dinners
  • Support our meeting room operations by preparing and serving high-quality barista coffee and other beverages
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of hospitality areas, including undertaking general cleaning
  • Demonstrate initiative and adaptability by taking on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve, with a flexible approach to changing priorities

THE PERSON

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a corporate hospitality, professional services, or premium customer service environment
  • A proactive, self-motivated team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine service, barista skills, and silver service standards
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus and impeccable personal presentation
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn, develop, and cross-train across different areas of the business as required
  • Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and standard business software

***A current National Police Check and full working rights will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this role
