$46.00 Per Hour + 25% Casual Loading + Penalty Rates + 12% Super

THE POSITION

• Deliver high-quality food production and service in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Support daily kitchen operations and maintain exceptional food standards
• Lead and mentor kitchen team members during service periods
• Assist with menu execution, food preparation and event catering
• Maintain food safety, allergen management and WHS compliance standards
• Support stock control, ordering, wastage management and kitchen efficiency
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture

THE PERSON

• Trade qualified Chef
• Minimum 3 years' experience at Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef level
• Proven experience in high-volume catering is essential
• Experience within corporate catering, large-scale hospitality operations or premium dining environments
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different teams, services and operational requirements
• Experience leading kitchen teams during busy service periods
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate 
• Flexibility to work on a casual, as-needed basis
