The Position:

• Lead and inspire the front-of-house team across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Champion a culture of teamwork, accountability, and passion for excellence.
• Drive compliance with contractual obligations and service standards, ensuring seamless daily operations.
• Lead by example with a positive, hands-on approach, motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee rostering, workforce planning, and people management to support efficient and engaged teams.

The Person:

• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience, including rostering and budgeting.
• Practical HACCP food handling expertise with a strong knowledge of allergen management in food service.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, supported by excellent communication skills.
• Confidence and independence to make sound operational decisions, with support from the Site Operations Manager.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport to access the site.
