Step into a unique and rewarding leadership role as a Food & Beverage Manager with two positions available, one based at Defence Establishment Orchard Hills and one at Air HQ Glenbrook. Each role offers the opportunity to lead front-of-house operations at its respective Defence site, working closely with your team to deliver high-quality service in a structured, purpose-driven environment.

The Position:

• Lead, coach, and inspire front-of-house teams across daily service operations
• Drive a positive team culture focused on accountability, engagement, and service excellence
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, food safety standards, and service expectations
• Oversee rostering, workforce planning, and people management to support smooth operations
• Lead by example with a hands-on, visible leadership style

The Person:

• Proven hospitality leadership experience, including people management and rostering
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and allergen management
• Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Comfortable working independently while partnering with the Site Operations Manager
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport to travel between sites
