THE POSITION

• Supervise a small front of house team to deliver an exceptional and consistent dining experience in a world-class tech company, in both our cafe and snack pantries
• Liaise with stakeholders and clients to coordinate high profile catering events from end to end
• Work closely as a team with our talented chefs to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with ordering and adhering to budget
• Conduct daily safety and line checks to maintain the highest standard of food/allergen safety
• Bringing the Compass Group vision and values to life in everything you do

THE PERSON

• Strong ability to build trusted, meaningful relationships with clients, team members, and diverse stakeholders
• Exceptionally warm & professional hospitality skills
• Experience supervising and developing successful teams within the hospitality industry
• Experience coordinating high profile catering events
• Sound understanding of food safety, workplace health and safety, and regulatory requirements desired
• Barista skills highly desirable
• RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certificates required
