As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Melbourne Zoo, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a vibrant environment surrounded by wildlife and nature, making each day an adventure. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to visitors, fostering a passion for conservation and sustainability through local and ethically sourced menu options.

The Position

  • Assist with organising front of house team in the daily operational demands
  • Lead a large team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service 
  • Support and supervise the delivery of service & functions
  • Ensure all Company policies and procedures are applied
  • Establish, maintain and monitor quality customer service practices
  • Organise rosters as per operational requirements

The Person

  • An experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor with a passion for exceptional service
  • A hands-on leader who can jump in and show how it is done
  • Barista with high-volume coffee experience
  • Previous function and event experience, both intimate and large scale
  • Impeccable grooming with a warm and engaging service style
