The Position

• Manage the end to end recruitment of our regional workforce in WA.
• Proactively sourcing candidates using various marketing strategies.
• Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Partnering with stakeholders for current and future growth recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with workforce planners and coordinators.
• Developing a pipeline of candidates across operational disciplines.

The Person

• Proven experience across either internal or agency recruitment.
• Huma Resources Graduates.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment. 
• Experience in the resources and remote sector, is advantageous, but not essential.
• Experience in hospitality is is advantageous, but not essential.
• Attention to detail, an eye for compliance and passion for candidate care goes a far way.
• Goal driven.
