$85,000 + 11.5% superannuation

The Position

• Manage the end to end recruitment of our regional workforce in WA.
• Proactively sourcing candidates using various marketing strategies.
• Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Partnering with site stakeholders for current and future growth recruitment activities.
• Developing a pipeline of candidates across operational disciplines.

The Person

• Proven experience across either internal or agency recruitment
• Experience in the resources and remote sector, is advantageous, but not essential
• Experience with sending candidates to medicals
• Previous experience in high volume fast paced recruitment with attention to detail and takes pride in candidate care
• Goal driven and loves to makes a difference.
