Develop your hospitality skills and embrace a unique environment in a Kitchen Hand / Catering Attendant position, integral to providing support to the catering team in Central Sydney Defence Sites. Join the team and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic environment.

The Position:

• Casual position: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 2:30pm.
• Assist with basic food preparation, including vegetables and salads.
• Manage stock control, quality checks, and temperature monitoring.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchen, food prep, storage, and service areas, with a strong focus on hygiene and food safety.

The Person:

• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Knife handling, food safety, and preparation skills are advantageous.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Positive, can-do attitude, ready to take on any task as needed
