We are currently recruiting for experienced, qualified, and passionate Chefs to work at a variety of remote sites across North Western Queensland, on various roster arrangements. Flights will be in/out of TOWNSVILLE (or Brisbane).

Our Chef’s are at forefront of the Compass workforce, providing high quality and nutritious food to the residents, guests & employees onsite. 

This is an exciting and rewarding field of work with real benefits. We offer both casual and full-time positions to suit your lifestyle.  Our Chefs have the opportunity to work in all aspects of food preparation from Breakfasts, Lunch & Dinner to Retail grab’n’go to Site Events. 

The Person

To be successful in these roles you'll need:

• A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (min)
• Previous volume cooking experience
• The capacity to work night shifts as necessary
• The ability to work away from home for maximum 2 weeks at a time
• A manual driving licence is preferred
