The Position:
Demonstrate your understanding of implementing risk based assessments, root cause investigation and the importance of understanding and applying human factors principles to the management of site based teams
Work with teams and individuals, lead meetings, pre-starts and safety-related training
Monitor the implementation of operational safety, health, environment and QA policies and programs
Undertake incident investigations and reporting
Drive safety behaviours and culture through Field Leadership activities
The Person:
Minimum Cert IV in WHS
Cert IV Training & Assessing (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum of two years of experience in Health and Safety, Environmental, Health or similar.
Experience in incident investigations (ICAM preferred)
Knowledge of HACCP principles and people safety in a hospitality setting (training also provided)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, web-based software applications and a high level of computer literacy in general;
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
