The role includes administration support, customer service, reception duties, reporting, accommodation coordination, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in delivering essential administration, reception, and accommodation services within a fast-paced Defence environment, working closely with site leadership and operational teams to support the day-to-day operation of the site.

- Based at RAAF Base Wagga Wagga
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide administration support for day-to-day site operations.
- Prepare timesheets, rosters, reports, and schedules.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and complete data entry tasks.
- Perform reception duties including answering phones, responding to enquiries, and welcoming visitors.
- Coordinate accommodation administration, including guest arrivals and departures.
- Process and track maintenance requests as required.
- Support employee onboarding activities, inductions, and uniform management.
- Prepare and distribute reports and site communications.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Defence personnel, guests, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience preparing rosters, timesheets, and reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service focus and professional presentation.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance.
- Previous experience in Defence, hospitality, accommodation services, or facilities management will be highly regarded.
