Site Manager

• 8:6 roster 
• Salary of 132,000 plus super 
• Flights provided from Perth, Brisbane, and Darwin

THE POSITION:

• Lead and manage all site operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
• Foster a positive, professional, and performance-driven team culture.
• Ensure full compliance with company health, safety, and security standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and residents by managing expectations proactively.
• Oversee budgets with expertise in food costing and labour budgets. 

THE PERSON:

• A proven leader with experience overseeing medium to large sites, ideally within villages, hotels, or broader hospitality environments.
• Someone with a solid understanding of both culinary and cleaning operations, and the ability to bring teams together across these areas.
• Commercially minded, with confidence in financial reporting and a strong awareness of contractual requirements.
• A skilled communicator who builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A proactive problem-solver with strong negotiation and decision-making abilities, and the capacity to stay calm and think clearly under pressure.
