Support Services Supervisor

$63,702 base salary plus superannuation

• Mixture of operations work and office administration

Due to an uplift in our operation, we currently have a unique opportunity for a full-time Supervisor to join our team in Hospital Support Services at the Long Bay Correctional Complex in Malabar. This role will have a hands on approach with our cleaning, catering and stores department, serving as a senior point of contact for all front line staff during their shifts. 

THE POSITION

• Oversee staff and allocate tasks during a shift
• Be a point of contact for questions or escalations 
• Assist with the cleaning of the hospital 
• Preparing and serving of meals to patients from servery kitchen 
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and dining areas and with equipment

THE PERSON

• Previous experience within a catering and/or cleaning role
• Flexible approach with great communication skills
• Previous leadership experience is beneficial but not required 
• NPC: National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance before commencing)
• WWCC: Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain at WWCC prior to commencement)
