Maddie's story

Madison Gardner started as a casual hospitality allrounder in one of our remote sites in Port Haven, WA four years ago. Her role included kitchen hand duties, bar work as well as housekeeping. In 2016, Maddie was offered a full-time role in housekeeping. When her unit manager saw her dedication, she was then give the opportunity to become a site administrator.

“Taking that big step in 2015 to jump into the FIFO sector was the best thing I’ve ever done. I have Compass Group to thank for my achievements.
