Atul's Story 

Atul Thapa Magar has only been with Compass Group for over a year. In his short time in the company, he’s worked as a kitchen hand, cleaner, F&B attendant, storeman, barista and apprentice cook. He believes that if you’re “hardworking, passionate and really want to grow and learn more in the field of hospitality” then Compass Group is the perfect company to “develop yourself and make a good career”. The staff was very impressed with Atul’s hard work and dedication when he first started. When he was working as an F&B attendant, he was also given the chance to learn skills as a barista and the opportunity to work in the dessert section. “The things I love most working at Compass Group are the friendly staff, the opportunities to grow and learn, and the multicultural environment. With the support of the staff, I feel proud of myself and will continue to learn more.”
