The Position
Craft high-quality coffee with passion and precision, ensuring every cup delights customers
Provide warm and engaging service to guests and clients across multiple locations
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, upholding hygiene and food safety standards
Collaborate with a supportive team to create a welcoming café experience
The Person
Experienced Barista — minimum 2 years of experience, including expertise in Latte Art
A warm, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to multitask
Able to work independently and as part of a fun, fast-paced team
Able to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
