You will play a key role in delivering essential services within a fast-paced operational setting, working closely with site leadership and operational teams to maintain hygiene, safety, and service excellence.

 Your responsibilities will include: 

• Supervise daily cleaning services and coordinate team activities.

• Support cleaners onsite throughout the day with guidance and hands-on assistance.

• Conduct walk-through inspections to confirm task completion and service standards.

• Assist team members and troubleshoot onsite challenges as they arise.

• Maintain clear communication with management throughout the day.

• Manage scheduled and reactive cleaning requirements across the site.

• Develop and maintain staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage.

• Ensure HSEQ compliance and uphold safety standards.

• Maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards across all areas.

• Provide excellent customer service and engage effectively with stakeholders.

What we’re looking for: 

• Proven experience in a supervisory cleaning or facilities role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High attention to detail and standards
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• First Aid Certificate (desirable)
• Cleaning Cert IV (desirable)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance 
• Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position
