Role based in either Sydney, NSW or Melbourne, VIC offices
  • Reporting to the Commercial Manager
  • Hybrid working model (2 days working from home & 3 days working in the office

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end preparation and oversight of Profit & Loss statements
  • Deliver accurate and insightful month-end reporting
  • Provide exceptional client billing and financial reporting services
  • Conduct detailed balance sheet reconciliations and site audits
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and commercial evaluations
  • Ensure contract compliance and assist internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and project work

What You’ll Bring

You’re a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment. You bring:

  • Strong financial acumen and a passion for commercial accounting
  • A degree in Accounting (or currently studying) and relevant business experience
  • 2+ years of experience in business, hospitality, or facilities services (highly regarded)
  • Evaluative, technical, and Excel skills that help you stand out
  • A “can-do” attitude and excellent communication skills
  • A desire to deliver results and improve portfolio performance
