THE POSITION

• Provide a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
• Ensure emails, intranet and phone enquiries are managed in a timely manner
• Event set up and pack down across campus and external engagement
• Meeting room and boardroom resets, furniture moves
• Stationery stocking and storage management
• Ensuring to follow all health and safety procedures when carrying out all tasks 

THE PERSON

• Ability to take direction, willing to learn on the job
• Polite & well mannered that is able to work independently
• Exceptional personal presentation – this role will be in the eye of our customer, and you will be the face of the company to our customers
• Customer service focus, building internal relationships
• National Police Check and full working rights required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process
