The Position
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Early Careers & Pathways Advisor to drive the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of early talent programs including Graduate Programs, Apprenticeships, Traineeships, and other similar learning pathways.
This is a collaborative and hands-on role, engaging with internal and external stakeholders across the business to ensure programs are operationally effective, compliant, and aligned with CGA's broader workforce strategy.

This role is based at our Cannon Hill office, with the flexibility to work from home two days per week after your initial training period (increasing to three days post-probation).
We offer a competitive base salary plus superannuation, along with eligibility for our annual incentive bonus scheme from the start of CGA’s new financial year. As a general guide, we are considering candidates within a base salary range of $80,000–$90,000.
