Delta FM are currently looking for a FIFO Maintenance Electrician available to commence a full time permanent position with an ongoing 14&7 Days Only roster FIFO From Brisbane or DIDO from residents nearby to Reedy Creek, QLD. You'll be joining a small but established maintenance team with a crew of approximately 20 Delta staff working to keep this remote camp in full operation.
THE POSITION
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor
Working in a remote Mining accommodation environment conducting facilities maintenances across our Temporary and Permanent housing, Offices, Kitchen and Laundry buildings etc.
Observe functionality of installed equipment/appliances, test and tag, fault finding, preventative maintenance and attend breakdowns
Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments
Additional Allowances available such as On Call, 3 Hour min. Call Outs, Contractor/Nominee allowance, Dual Trade, Leading Hand etc.
THE PERSON
QLD Unrestricted Electrical Licence, or working toward
Electrical Contractors Licence/QBCC (optional)
Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card
CPR + LVR & Police Check within 12 months
ISI Induction (site will arrange)
Able to Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug + Alcohol Screening
Available to FIFO ex Brisbane Airport or DIDO from nearby
