Food & Beverage Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Manager to lead hospitality operations within a busy Defence environment in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting, values high standard, and enjoys leading diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily catering and hospitality operations on a Defence base
- Lead and manage day-to-day food and beverage operations across dining and functions
- Manage workforce planning, rosters, labour costs and performance outcomes
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships within a Defence enviornmen
- Drive a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP and company standards
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in hospitality management (Defence, remote, or large-scale site experience highly regarded)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position (Defence security clearance required)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
