This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role based in Melbourne CBD. Play a key role in delivering an exceptional hospitality experience within a high-performance corporate environment. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead premium hospitality operations, oversee client and executive catering experiences, and ensure impeccable service standards across meetings, events, and workplace amenities.
THE POSITION:
- Lead and influence a small, dedicated team of 3 that sets the benchmark for service excellence, professionalism, and guest engagement
- Execute & deliver exceptional food, beverage and client service experiences within a corporate setting.
- Oversee boardroom set-up, service standards, presentation and guest experience
- Influence menu & beverage creation, sustainability activations &initiatives, and workplace hospitality experiences
- Manage high-profile events, executive meetings, and client-facing functions
- Build strong relationships with clients, customers and internal teams
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a calm, professional approach
- Assist the Manager in preparing and completing client reporting requirements, maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and alignment with client expectations
THE PERSON:
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader or senior hospitality professional
- Has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Leads by example and inspires teams to exceed expectations
- Thrives in a detail-oriented environment
- Demonstrates strong operational, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Brings a luxury hotel, premium restaurant, airline lounge, or corporate hospitality background
- RSA qualified
***A current National Police Check and full working rights will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this role.
