ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organizations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

We are seeking Boddington locals to join our support services team at Boddington mining village.

Roles include:

• Housekeeping 
• Mine Site Cleaners
• Kitchen Hand
• Tavern

THE POSITIONS

• Mine Site Facilities Maintenance: Clean mine site offices, amenities, and outdoor areas, including waste removal and basic groundskeeping to keep all operational spaces tidy and safe.
• Housekeeping & Village Cleaning: Clean and reset accommodation rooms, communal facilities, bathrooms, and shared village areas to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
• Kitchen & Catering Support: Assist in food preparation, dishwashing, and maintaining kitchen organisation across various dining facilities within the camp.
• Hospitality & Retail Service: Provide support across tavern, bar, and retail, delivering friendly customer service within a busy village environment.

All these job opportunities are physically demanding and require you to use a range of kitchen utensils, cleaning machines & equipment, you will require a good level of fitness

THE PERSON

• Full unrestricted working rights
• National Police Clearance
• Preferred currently residing in Boddington or withing vicinity
• Background in hospitality, housekeeping, industrial or commercial cleaning
• WA Drivers License is mandatory (C or C-A or HR Class)
• Ability to work 11- 12 hours shifts and, day & night shifts as required
• Ability to endure remote environments and weather conditions
• FIFO experience an advantage
• Ability to multi-task and assist in other areas with a positive teamwork approach
