This is your opportunity to lead the mobilisation of a flagship modern café, followed by three additional retail concepts within a major new precinct. You’ll shape the brand, the food, the experience, the marketing, and the commercial success.

THE POSITION

• Launch & Mobilise a brand‑new café concept, then lead the rollout of multiple outlets with distinct identities.
• Create high‑street‑worthy concepts - menus, branding, customer experience, visual merchandising, and retail flow.
• Drive foot traffic through smart marketing, social media, partnerships, and local activation.
• Lead & mentor a growing team across multiple outlets, building a culture of creativity, accountability and excellence.
• Own the commercial performance - sales growth, customer engagement, cost control, and outlet profitability.
• Deliver a 5‑star customer experience across every touchpoint, every day.
• Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.

THE PERSON (Retail Guru)

• Proven success running multi‑site hospitality or high‑street retail operations.
• A brand‑builder who understands trends, customer behaviour, and what makes a venue “work.”
• Experience launching new venues, pop‑ups, or retail concepts.
• Strong leadership presence - you coach, inspire, and elevate teams.
• Commercially sharp with a track record of growing revenue and building loyal customer bases.
• Confident with social media, local marketing, and community engagement.
• Creative, energetic, and excited by the chance to build something new.
• Solid understanding of food safety and operational compliance.
