We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate full time Key Account Manager to join one of our team. An all year round operation - overseeing 12 locations across Australia. Travelling to visit our site and clients is essential part of this role. Making your mark on the business; building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives.

THE POSITION

  • Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes.
  • Positively influence change with stakeholders on different levels
  • Stay ahead of culinary trends and introduce new ideas and concepts that enhance the client’s experience.
  • People Management: Inspire your team with timely feedback and foster a high-performance culture that drives the account forward.
  • Lead a high performing team across service excellence.

THE PERSON

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an account or relationship management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Outgoing, creative and a bold thinker with an eye for details and strong organisational skills
  • Hospitality and service is engrained in your DNA with experience in creating and delivering high profile events
  • Love creating memorable experiences through food
  • A real passionate foodie with a flair for innovation and presentation
  • Able to provide or obtain a current police check
  • Qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred
  • Sound commercial knowledge and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
  • Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive, and motivated, with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
  • Able to provide or obtain a current police check
