- Must be available to work across 7 days on a rotating roster
- Shifts rotating between 11:30 pm to 7:15am and 3:30pm to 11:30 pm

The Position
- Support food preparation by assisting chefs with basic prep, portioning and plating
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness through thorough washing up, equipment cleaning and end‑of‑shift reset
- Uphold hygiene standards by following strict food safety and airport compliance procedures
- Manage stock rotation and restocking independently to ensure freshness and accuracy
- Handle waste disposal responsibly, including sorting, compacting and maintaining a tidy workspace
- Assist with deliveries by checking, unpacking and organizing incoming stock
- Prepare service areas by replenishing buffet items and ensuring presentation standards are met
- Support lounge operations by responding quickly to chef requests during peak flight times
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure, compliant airport kitchen environment

- Team‑focused communicator who collaborates well with chefs, FOH staff and lounge leadership
- Self‑motivated worker capable of managing tasks independently when required
