The Position
The HR Project Mobilisation Manager is responsible for leading the people workstream for major new contract mobilisations across multiple sites and geographies.
This role is accountable for all HR aspects of mobilisation, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, leadership readiness, HR systems, remuneration, compliance, and communication. It is both hands-on and strategic—ensuring frameworks are designed and delivered effectively while working closely with CGA HR functions and operational leaders to deliver workforce readiness on time, safely, and in line with contract expectations.

We offer a competitive base salary plus superannuation, along with eligibility for our annual incentive bonus scheme from the start of CGA’s new financial year.
