We're looking for a driven and strategic Partnerships Advisor to create and nurture meaningful relationships with key partners, including sporting teams, culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, educational institutions, and other external organisations.
The Role
In this dynamic role, you will:
Build and manage partnerships with sporting organisations, CALD communities, educational institutions, industry bodies, and government agencies to promote recruitment and employment initiatives.
Secure funding, incentives, and resources to broaden access to opportunities and drive recruitment efforts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative recruitment programs that meet the needs of various community groups.
Provide data-driven insights by preparing comprehensive reports on program impact, funding, and outcomes.
Represent Compass Group at external conferences, forums, and industry events to promote our partnerships and recruitment initiatives.
The Person
We're looking for someone who brings:
Proven experience in developing and managing external partnerships, especially with sporting organisations and CALD communities.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and community engagement.
Expertise in securing and managing government grants and funding.
Project management skills, with the ability to oversee and evaluate impactful programs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
