We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at RAAF Base Richmond. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards.

THE POSITION

• Lead and support front-of-house team members during daily operations
• Supervise food and beverage service across dining facilities and functions
• Coordinate meal services, special events and hospitality requirements
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards are maintained
• Monitor service standards and customer satisfaction levels
• Assist with staff training, coaching and development
• Support rostering, daily operations and service delivery requirements

THE PERSON

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader or similar hospitality role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements
• Ability to organise workloads and manage competing priorities
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
