We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead – Sourcing & Partnership to lead a team of recruiters and contribute to key sourcing projects.

Role Overview:
The Team Lead – Sourcing & Partnership will lead a team of five, playing a critical role in the development and execution of our Sourcing and Partnerships strategy. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress is measured and communicated effectively while focusing on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives, Strategic Partnerships, Early learning Programs and Recruitment Marketing to achieve positive outcomes for our customers, services, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of sourcing programs in partnership with Government, Not-for-Profit organisations, and internal operations to create alternative talent pipelines aligned with workforce planning needs.
  • Coordinate project activities, tracking milestones and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Promote sourcing initiatives to internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with Business Sectors, Operational, and People teams to foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including site managers, staff, clients, and industry partners.
  • Lead Internal Mobility programs across the business
  • Lead Strategic Sourcing programs for all early learning scopes across CGA
  • Contribute to the regular review of programs and initiatives, maintaining relevant documentation and reports.
  • Measure and track diversity metrics, providing insights to support business decisions.
  • Develop and implement best practices for sourcing, attraction, and recruitment marketing.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists across sourcing strategies and initiatives.
  • Oversee proactive talent sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for key roles.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to track and report on progress.
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, talent attraction, or recruitment marketing.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading recruitment or sourcing teams.
  • Knowledge of diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge and passion for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
  • Ability to analyse recruitment data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify risks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
