The Opportunity

Restaurant Associates is seeking an exceptional Unit Manager to lead one of our most premium corporate dining operations. This food program is globally recognised for quality, innovation, and experience.

Your Responsibilities

As Unit Manager, you will create a world-class experience for users, fueling a sense of belonging, nourishment, and excitement through a market-leading food program within a high-profile technology environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the delivery of a premium daily corporate food program that consistently exceeds client expectations
  • Partnering with key client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver Restaurant Associates standards
  • Collaborating with Restaurant Associates teams locally and internationally to ensure seamless service aligned to a global contract
  • Maintaining strong commercial and contractual compliance, including performance targets and KPIs
  • Driving a strong safety culture with a particular focus on food safety and workplace health and safety
  • Leading, developing, and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and achieve daily goals
  • Establishing and monitoring quality customer service practices
  • Managing food, labor, and operational costs within budget
  • Working in partnership with the client and external vendors to deliver innovative, customised events
  • Implementing sustainable practices across operations
  • Bringing the Restaurant Associates vision and values to life in everything you do

About You

Required:

  • A driven, self-motivated leader with a proactive mindset
  • Strong ability to build trusted, meaningful relationships with clients and diverse stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing and developing successful teams
  • Single-site operational experience in a similar leadership role within hospitality or corporate dining
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated budget management capability
  • Sound understanding of food safety, workplace health and safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Confidence using IT systems to support efficient operations
  • Ability to identify opportunities for contract retention and growth

Desirable:

  • Business or Hospitality qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Contract management experience
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
